Introduction
It integrates whole exome sequencing data sets from multiple cancer samples and identify recurrent aberrations across multiple samples. The use of the wavelet analysis, being a multi-resolution approach, makes it possible to effectively identify focal genomic aberrations in the broadly aberrant regions.

Source codes are available here. There are Ensembl gene annotation files for GRCh37 and GRCh38. Please refer to the manaul pdf file in the zip file. If you want to use log2 ratio copy number input instead of using internal copy number quantification step. Click here.
