Phenotype corpus


	Phenotype corpus

Intoduction	The phenotype corpus is constructed from biomedical public database such as Drugbank, DCDB, and Tcmid. The corpus was created by referring to the tag form of conll2003 corpus. There are 4types (NEG:Negative phenotype, POS:Postive phenotype, NEU:Neutral phenotype, DNP:Dummy nessary phenotype)
